If not in stock our Dogwear orders are especially handmade as our store does not carry a large volume of stock. Each order is lovingly hand-cut & made in our Melbourne studio. For this reason, please allow approximately 7 working days for any Dogwear orders to be dispatched. For orders which do not include Dogwear, packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
All orders are subject to availability of stock; if an item ordered is no longer available for whatever reason, you will be notified and may exchange the item for another item or receive a refund.
Delivery - within Australia
We offer FREE shipping for orders over $49. For orders under $49, our shipping fee is $9.00 Australia wide. Adding a packet of our treats for example would cover the cost of your freight…
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
- We advise you to group your items in one order.
- Your package will be dispatched with special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected when they leave us. Any damage caused by delivery is not our responsibility and you should pursue this with Australia Post, Couriers etc.
- All orders are sent using Parcel Post with Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number from YAP WEAR, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
- Parcel Post deliveries may take up to 10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
- Parcel Post does not require a signature on delivery. If a person is not present to receive the goods, the goods will most often be left at the nominated address or nominated Australia Post location for pick up.

Please note: A shipping fee of $AUD50 applies to all international orders at time of purchase, once the order is placed we will contact you to advise the exact shipping cost determined by the weight of the products purchased. Otherwise, please feel free to contact us for an international shipping quote before purchase.
Delivery times for international locations will depend on your country’s postal system but an estimated delivery time is between 15-20 business days from when your order is dispatched.
Our international postal fees do not include possible taxes and duties which may applied by customs in your country. You will be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees which may be imposed by your country. Please contact your local customs offices to gain further information.
We know you can be unsure when choosing the correct size for your pooch when shopping online. We want you & your pooch to love your YAP WEAR purchase, so please contact us if you have any queries regarding your online purchase & sizing as we are always here to help you!
- PLEASE NOTE: For Special custom Dogwear orders there is NO exchange, return or refund.
- For other products we accept returns / exchanges for up to 14 days from delivery of order or in-store purchase.
- All returns must have original tags attached, be in original condition and returned with your receipt.
- If an incorrect size has been ordered & you would like to return an item and exchange for another size, you must include a self-addressed Parcel Post bag (please keep the tracking number as your reference). If no post bag is received for return delivery a postage charge of AU$9.00 will apply (Australia only). Overseas orders will incur a AU$39.00 postage charge,
- For any exchanges please enclose a note detailing your original order number, your contact details, exchange information eg. preferred sizes, if applicable.
Any exchange is subject to availability & we will do our best to assist you.
- We DO NOT provide refunds for change of mind.
However, at the discretion of management if you qualify for an authorised ‘change of mind’ refund, the amount refunded will be minus the shipping cost that we incurred in sending the original order.
The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return / exchange, unless there was an error on our behalf. Please ensure you use a trackable service if returning items, so you are able to track your parcel if necessary.
